Our Procedure

  1. Student’s First Visit

    The student gives us a call or visit after hearing about us from an advertisement, referrals, seminar /exhibition, social Medias.

  2. Initial Assessment

    As the student arrives at our reception, she/he is asked to fill an Initial Assessment Form. The assessment form is then delivered to the available education staff for their counseling. During the first interview the student is being assessed on following aspects:

    • Previous qualification
    • Choice of proposed course
    • English Language Ability
    • Affordability
    • Choice of location
    • Career orientation
    • Eligibility
  3. Course Search

    Once the student conveys his/her course of interest then our aim is to search and find the required course or any other related educational programs within the available institution on our panel.

  4. Application Form & Documentation

    Once the course search is finished, student is once again called at our office. Our student counselor will render the information about the related course, institution and the tuition fee (initial deposit + registration fee). If the student agrees to go ahead with any of the given course / institution choices then he is asked to submit the academic certificates & transcripts, reference letters, curriculum vitae and statement of purpose.

    Later on the student fills up the admission application form of the related institution with the help of our student counselor and seal it with his/her signatures for processing. At the end the signed application form along with all the academic documents is dispatched to the concerned institution for admission processing.

  5. Offer Acceptance Letter

    Upon the receiving of an offer from the respective institution, we notify the student and his/her parents immediately for acceptance of the offer and making the necessary payment to the institution. Within 1 to 2 weeks, the student prepares respective amount written on the offer acceptance letter to be made directly into the institution account provided in the letter.

  6. Visa Documentation

    After receiving confirmation of the payment from the respective institution, we then prepare other relevant documents for student visa submission.
